Job Summary

A financial advisory firm is in need of a Remote Associate Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Effectively handling inquiries from advisors and home office staff via phone and email
• Maintaining departmental resources, including but not limited to Social Media Dashboard, Correspondence Tracking Spreadsheets, Sharepoint sites, and department OneNote site
• Administering of the Social Media Dashboard for new and existing financial professionals

Qualifications Include:

• Associate degree from an accredited college is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
• FINRA Series 6, 7 or 99/SIE preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to independently find solutions to assist analysts, advisors, and internal business partners
• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment to meet defined deadlines
• Basic understanding of FINRA and SEC rules regarding communications with the public preferred
