Job Summary

An IT advisory and software development company is in need of a Remote Associate Architect in Franklin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading a team of engineers on a product
• Designing a system made up of many complex components and able to communicate that design to their team and to the stakeholders
• Performing high level research and analysis related to software design and development

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work proactively to understand domain (Healthcare) and technical trends that will impact/drive the architecture
• Ability to mentor and support other team members
• Ability to design software systems with sufficient, easy to understand design documentation
• Ability to continuously evaluate software performance, identify performance degradation and opportunities to gain performance improvements valued by customers
• Abiltiy to work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business and customer requirements that drive the overall product line portfolio architecture
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of a project/product release and ability to lead one to completion
