Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Art Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating/leading in kickoff meetings to discuss focus of tools and goal for clients
  • Engaging with stakeholders & users to understand their needs/stress points and design tools that are simple, usable and super efficient
  • Actively communicating recaps, progress and timelines to teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluency with standard design software and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Invision etc)
  • Degree in a related discipline with 4+ years' experience in UX/UI design or data visualization solutions
  • Strong visual design, interaction design, branding, and user experience instincts
  • The ability to understand and work around challenges associated with displaying large data sets
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design
