Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in private practice or government
• Experience with antitrust, FCPA, white collar, or government investigations
• Previous AUSA or DOJ experience is preferred
• National admission to practice law in the U.S
• Experience in civil litigation and criminal/regulatory cases is ideal
