Job Summary
An online marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Attraction Recruitment Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning
- Using data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness
- Being the evangelist for the candidate experience in owned markets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business, Marketing or Human Resources
- 5+ years experience directly managing teams
- 7+ years experience in high volume hiring sourcing/marketing or B2C acquisition marketing
- Record of building, managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
