Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Associate Care Delivery Compensation Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of reward and recognition programs
- Evaluates new jobs for appropriate title and grade
- Design and deliver training to managers, partners and associates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree in Business/related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years (5 years if a Master’s Degree) of compensation experience
- Specific technical expertise in compensation theory and best practices
- Intermediate with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
