Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA or BS degree, preferably in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of professional-level generalist marketing experience
- 5+ years of delivering highly impactful consumer engagement marketing plans
- Experience applying consumer insights, trends and marketing analytics
- Experience developing engagement value propositions, consumer journeys, and campaign plans
- Experience being productive in a highly matrixed organization
