Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Clinical Administrative Coordinator in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling internal and external requests submitted through multiple portals.
  • Interfacing with account management and claims to assure timely turnaround in handling of these highly visible cases.
  • Providing backup as needed to the Teleform verification of Wellness Assessments and Outpatient Treatment Reports including researching issues that impact the ability to process ALERT Wellness Assessment and OTRs, e.g. eligibility, provider status, accuracy of provider information.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • Minimum 2+ years office work and/or customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare benefits
  • Some familiarity with major psychiatric terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
