Job Summary

An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Cloud Operations Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of technical needs and functions pertaining to user and system onboarding
  • Create and maintain technical references for team members including documents, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Assist, manage, and support general IT needs and requests critical to our operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Linux operating system
  • Able to assist MacOS users pertaining to email assistance, new hire account creation, etc.
  • Familiarity with Bash/Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, or related
  • Understanding of databases and writing SQL queries
  • Fundamental understanding of DevOps methodologies and automation
  • Experience or familiarity with Cloud providers (Google, AWS, Azure)
