Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Remote Associate Collections Representative.
Must be able to:
- Resolve open balance accounts by analyzing various unpaid claims reports
- Follow-up on unpaid patient/insurance claims for commercial carriers
- Analyze EOB denials to determine if appeal should be submitted
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Basic Proficiency with Windows PC applications and MS Office (Word (create and edit correspondence), Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort spreadsheets), PowerPoint (ability to create and edit slides)
- 2+ years in Medical Accounts Receivable
- 1+ years of Insurance experience
