Remote Associate Commercial General Counsel

Job Summary

A mental health care network is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Commercial General Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Effectively managing operations for the contracting teams
• Leading the commercial contracting team
• Providing legal and strategic business advice to help develop a comprehensive, long-term approach

Required Skills:

• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills
• Law degree from an accredited law school; membership in a state bar and in good standing
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex negotiations
• Experienced manager in a diverse and supportive environment
• Experience reviewing and managing legal issues in contracting concerning health care regulatory compliance
