Job Summary
A medical diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Connectivity Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform Security Administrator tasks for the suite of products
- Manage Tier 3 support queues through caseload management
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing to test and troubleshoot enhancements for all suite of products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to work from a company location at least 3x a week (location of site is flexible)
- A combination of Information Technology, Customer Service and Project Management skills, or equivalent training
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Proficient desktop skills including Excel, Word, Access, Internet etc
- Experience in troubleshooting technology related issues
