Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry is in need of a Remote Associate Corporate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Carry out management of the contract intelligence program
- Provide interpretation on complex and conflicting provisions in contracts
- Advise team members on resolving complicated contract interpretation issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- J.D.
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 1-3 years’ experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts
- Ability to learn intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to organize and present complex, detailed information in an accessible way
- Comfortable learning, using, and becoming proficient in new technologies
