Job Summary

A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry is in need of a Remote Associate Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Carry out management of the contract intelligence program
• Provide interpretation on complex and conflicting provisions in contracts
• Advise team members on resolving complicated contract interpretation issues

Qualifications for this position include:

• J.D.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 1-3 years’ experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts
• Ability to learn intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to organize and present complex, detailed information in an accessible way
• Comfortable learning, using, and becoming proficient in new technologies
