Job Summary

A privately-held legal services technology company has an open position for a Remote Associate Counsel Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts
  • Triage a heavy workflow
  • Lead, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements

Required Skills:

  • A JD with 5+ years of experience. Must be admitted and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
  • Experience as an in-house attorney at a tech/SaaS company, or experience working for tech clients
  • Significant transaction experience, negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
  • Comfort drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs and other agreements
  • Ability to translate between business and technical risk
