Job Summary
A financial lending company is seeking a Remote Associate Creative Design Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day creative direction and oversight for a team of designers, with support from our Executive Creative Director
- Oversee the concepting, presentation, production and iteration of multiple product launches at the same time
- Act as a partner to marketing stakeholders and ensure marketing goals are achieved
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of experience in startups, advertising agencies or both
- 2+ years of experience managing other people
- Ability to give and take feedback from all levels of the company with a good attitude
- Strong point of view on design craft and the skills to back it up
- Appetite for problem solving and a love for fast-paced environments
- Experience managing and/or leading various product launches in parallel
