Job Summary
A network for content creators and designers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Creative Director .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Forming, leading and growing the category; providing a high-quality motion offering to a wide range of global brands
- Recruiting, managing and growing a team of amazing Design Directors and Designers
- Generating category growth through pitching, strategic advisory, upselling, cross selling and problem solving
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree or higher within Creative, Communication, or similar
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in a client-facing position at director level or similar
- Excellent animation and video competences using Adobe After Effects and Premiere, and a strong portfolio
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
- Passion for creativity, from design, storyboarding to the final output
- Portfolio demonstrating world class motion skills
