Job Summary
A consumer financial technology business is in need of a Remote Associate Creative Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Bringing design and brand best practices and an innovative and creative approach to marketing
- Understanding customers’ needs and incorporate a customer centric approach in our designs
- Understanding and helping shape our brand through effective design practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Graphic Design, Advertising, or other related field
- 10+ years overall experience in the financial and/or tech design world
- 10 years of experience designing using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
- Strong online portfolio
- Able to articulate design reasoning and inspire or persuade a marketing or product team
- Collaboration, decision making, conflict management, presentation skills, getting organizational alignment
