Job Summary
An educational services and content company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Customer Insights Researcher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating research planning process to ensure proper needs assessment, research prioritization and overall effective stakeholder management
- Tracking progress of research projects and ensure that tasks are being completed on time by contributors
- Applying quantitative and qualitative research techniques
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in business, market research, behavioral sciences, human factors, or educational technology
- Strong interest in quantitative data analysis and ability to manage and interpret large data sets
- Experience with digital research tools and/or statistical analysis tools an advantage
- Strong interest in qualitative research and user-centered design with ability to execute with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated project coordination skills
