A disruptor in the automotive industry is seeking a Remote Associate Customer Relationship Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring the CRM ticket queue in order to gain exposure to a wide range of Salesforce.com issues/requests
  • Handling user management and licensing for Salesforce users
  • Assisting with system audits

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to translate business ideas and concepts into technical requirements
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Data Management experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills
