Remote Associate Dean of Education

Job Summary

Providing oversight and leadership for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and School of Aviation, the full-time Remote Associate Dean of Education will manage academic programs, support faculty development, and implement strategies to enhance student persistence and program quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate programs to align with strategic goals, focusing on student and faculty recruitment and retention
• Supervise Academic Department Chairs and faculty, ensuring effective course scheduling and faculty performance management
• Collaborate with various departments to address academic issues and enhance student support and engagement

Required qualifications:

• Doctoral Degree in a relevant field from a regionally accredited university
• 7+ years of experience in Higher Education, preferably in a remote or online environment
• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level with demonstrated leadership in education
• Proven background in student and faculty persistence, with a focus on program quality and growth
• Extensive knowledge of curriculum development and best practices in higher education pedagogy
