Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Associate Digital Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Retain and grow Annual Recurring Revenue with approximately 35-40 customers
- Execute on strategies and activities to prevent and/or minimise any down-sell or churn risks
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecast along with timely processing of renewals and upsells
Qualifications for this position include:
- Consistent track record of meeting sales development and/or revenue targets
- Creative and experienced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to create clear messaging to articulate and promote the business use cases of new technology
- Experience working in an enterprise account team environment
