Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Associate Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consulting Partner Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class end-to-end support to partners
- Curate high impact, individualized implementation support for partners
- Conduct independent plan review assessments for partner plan development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven track record supporting large teams in complex organizations to implement change
- Experience as the primary or leading point of contact for c-suite executives
- Demonstrated commitment and knowledge of Black and Hispanic equity solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into powerful messaging
- Tech savvy or intuitive learner with the ability to utilize and leverage various technologies
