Job Summary
A leader in sensor, software and autonomous solutions is seeking a Remote Associate Division Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing legal advice on and serving as the first point-of-contact for contract matters
- Assisting and supporting business in completing certifications and representations as requested by third parties
- Ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies and acceptable risk standards
Qualifications Include:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 2 + years in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial technology and licensing agreements
- Ability to negotiate and draft commercial technology and licensing agreements
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
