Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Economy Systems Designer.

Must be able to:

• Work with the game designer to establish our games' player progression systems
• Work with game teams to design initial economy and progression systems in a diversity of genres
• Establish the pricing strategy for shops/rewards/special events and leverage data to drive monetization

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ yr of experience as systems or economy designer, 1+ yr of experience as a game product manager
• Understanding of economy loops and monetization practices in F2P products
• Knowledge of how player progression systems and economy systems interact
• Ability to iterate and respond to feedback within a fast-paced live service game development schedule
• Experience developing in-game economy systems or working on economy systems on at least one live service F2P game
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills and proficiency using spreadsheets
