Job Summary
An environmental, health, safety and sustainability software company has an open position for a Remote Associate Emergency Response Service Operator.
Must be able to:
- Assist callers in a 24 hour Emergency Response Center to triage emergency and non-emergency calls
- Accurately assess emergency information, make correct decisions, and respond to emergencies
- Connect conference calls involving two or more parties to render timely emergency assistance
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years customer service experience
- High degree of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
- Must be able to work four 10 hours shifts a week, including at least one weekend day and some holidays
- Must be able to train on Days/Afternoons
- Energetic, innovative, flexible and adaptive
