Job Summary

A business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Associate Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle
• Working with engagement managers to create and distribute weekly and monthly project reports
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register, etc

Qualifications Include:

• A degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with SaaS technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to customers
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Very strong communication skills with the ability to set appropriate expectations with the customer
