A healthcare management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Executive Recruiter in Alpharetta.
Must be able to:
- Assist executive team in development and presentation of a diverse slate of qualified candidates to internal client
- Qualify potential candidates through reference and source calls
- Contribute to the preparation of position specifications, candidate presentations, and reference reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
- 8 years recruiting experience
- 3 years of work sourcing experience in recruitment activities
- Experience in executive recruiting filling executive-level positions
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Executive interaction: demonstrated ability to partner and interact with C-suite executives
