Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Associate Gastrointestinal Program Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide effective leadership to lead and manage activities of one or more large cross functional multinational studies
- Drive project teams to meet timelines and keep targets within budget
- Maintain focus on streamlining processes, adding value to the business and exceeding client needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree
- 7 years of full service project management experience within clinical research operations
- Specific therapeutic experience within Gastrointestinal indications and comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP
- Strong communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
