Remote Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Manage and coordinate all legal guidance
• Directly apply legal knowledge to needs in the organization
• Manage pro-bono and paid outside counsel relationships

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times per year
• A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• An active license to practice law and in good standing any state or territory
• A minimum of 7 years in practice experience with non-profit organizations
• Experience as an attorney working abroad or with an international organization
• Strong legal skills
