Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the drafting and negotiation of global commercial agreements
• Improve standard form agreements, legal processes, and contract management system
• Manage corporate governance and legal compliance for US and International entities

Required Skills:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Must be an active licensed attorney in the United States
• 10-20 years' experience practicing law in a corporate environment
• Extensive experience in commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation
• Proven ability to interact effectively with varied audiences, including executive team members
• Ability to stand firm on issues with business clients when necessary
