Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company has a current position open for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on a wide variety of federal and state health care regulatory matters
  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts arising from a variety of activities and functions
  • Support the Compliance Program and provide legal advice related to compliance matters

Position Requirements Include:

  • Highly skilled in contract negotiating and drafting
  • 6-8 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a mix of experience in operations, corporate law and health care law
  • Proven ability to lead transactional and other multi-disciplinary matters with minimum oversight
  • Practical knowledge of relevant federal health care laws
