Remote Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

An education administration organization is filling a position for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various stakeholders in maintaining a vendor review management system
• Participate in the review and due diligence for any company acquisitions

Qualifications for this position include:

• J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts and internal policies
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an in-house counsel department
• You must be barred and in good standing in the state where you will be located
