Job Summary
A large staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate General Counsel in Oakland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing capital markets and financing transactions including equity and debt financings and securitizations
- Providing practical legal advice to C-Suite and key stakeholders
- Negotiating and executing on a broad range of corporate matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience with debt financing and corporate governance
- Must hold an active Bar license, members of CA or NY Bar highly preferred
- Experience in PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) model are highly preferred
- Ability to review and negotiate commercial agreements
