Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate General Regulatory Affairs Counsel.

Must be able to:

Act as a strategic advisor to the business
Advise on investigations, regulatory submissions, and other documentation
Facilitate compliance with regulatory and industry changes

Qualifications Include:

J.D. from a top-tier law school
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the field of healthcare law
Established expertise in healthcare regulatory matters
Experience Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Research Tools (i.e. LexisNexis)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
