Remote Associate General Regulatory Affairs Counsel

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate General Regulatory Affairs Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the business
• Advise on investigations, regulatory submissions, and other documentation
• Facilitate compliance with regulatory and industry changes

Qualifications Include:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the field of healthcare law
• Established expertise in healthcare regulatory matters
• Experience Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Research Tools (i.e. LexisNexis)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
