Job Summary
A federal health IT services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Health IT Technical Writer in Herndon.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing written and verbal communications to cover technical and administrative topics
- Writing/editing reports, information and training materials, presentations, and other communications
- Editing, standardizing, and/or updating support of material prepared by other writers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in communications, business or other related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or communications
- Strong customer service centered and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team
- Ability to research and resolve problems efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials
