Job Summary
An events hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Associate Human Resource Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with senior management and the People + Culture team
- Act as a liaison between client groups
- Analyze employee performance and engagement data of client groups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite or related software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
