Job Summary
A independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Human Resources Management System Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Support HR and Enterprise operations with data collection for RFPs
- Develop, run and distribute reports on a regular basis for management review
- Assist with end user support for report writing
Qualifications for this position include:
- General understanding of HR practices and standards
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years
- Proven decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
