Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Associate Implementation IT Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Verify the proposed sales solution, hardware, and network configuration for assigned customers
- Ensure new accounts complete the Implementation process on schedule
- Oversee installation of customer hardware, configure and program menus in the point-of-sale
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to conduct customer training on the management and operation of the point of sale product
- Can serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process
- Able to maintain accurate records of all customer records and communication
