Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Implementation Solutions Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technology leadership and support throughout the implementation process
  • Analyzing customer needs; identifying and presenting appropriate system functionality options
  • Serving as subject matter expert to customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of specific knowledge-based, content or product applications engineering experience
  • 2+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions, etc
  • Technical proficiency in software applications and the utilization of Web based training applications
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency
