Job Summary
An IT security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate Incident Response Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing proprietary IR technology to conduct large-scale investigations
- Assisting with every stage of Incident Response lifecycle
- Contributing technical content such as playbooks, scripts, and automation tooling to enhance IR processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of Incident Response or comparable industry experience
- Digital forensics
- Network Security Monitoring (NSM), network traffic analysis, and log analysis
- Static and dynamic malware analysis
- Ability to successfully interface with clients
