Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Associate Infrastructure Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve problems and issues pertaining to Endpoint Solutions services
  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
  • Help deploy, maintain and manage servers, printers, copiers, scanners and related equipment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent training
  • 2+ years experience as a Network Technology Support or Systems Administrator working primarily with Microsoft technologies
  • Analytical and logical demonstrating strong a troubleshooting skillset
  • Experience Troubleshooting complex technology issues
  • Able to participate in on-call rotation
