Job Summary

A privately-held legal services technology company has an open position for a Remote Associate Labor and Employment Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Act as our internal employment law expert, assisting with ongoing future of work planning efforts
  • Provide legal consultation and practical legal implementation practices
  • Provide day to day support to the HR team, providing best practices and advice

Required Skills:

  • JD with 5+ years experience
  • Must be admitted and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
  • Experience with growing contingent workforce
  • Proven specialization and expertise in labor and employment laws
  • Demonstrated startup initiative - ability to self-manage, find creative ways
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
