Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Associate Legal Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with various internal stakeholders around risk assessment and management
  • Advise on corporate governance matters, including assisting in updating corporate policies

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an attorney at a law firm, entertainment, media or technology company preferred
  • JD from an accredited US law school
  • Member of The California State Bar
  • Experience in the interactive gaming / media industry is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
