Job Summary
An e-commerce clothing marketplace is in need of a Remote Associate Legal Counsel Member in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Advise company leaders on a variety of business matters
- Partner with departmental stakeholders across the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience at a law firm
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited university
- Good standing with the bar in at least one US State
- Able to work with minimal oversight, handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Ability to relate to employees at all levels of the company
- Have excellent business judgement and can provide practical advice
