Remote Associate Manager, Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Associate Manager, US Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program within the SuccessFactors LMS
• Monitor new hire reports to ensure accurate onboarding and completion of required training
• Continuously assess and enhance the new hire experience by identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors or similar)
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively
• Experience in program or project management within a corporate or commercial operations environment is preferred
