Job Summary
A medical communications company is in need of a Remote Associate Medical Editor in West Chester.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Fact-check, substantively edit, and proofread all scientific communications material
- Conduct submission research and complete submission-related tasks for journal articles and congress abstracts
- Determine and communicate need for copyright permissions for projects across clients and project types
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, communications, or life sciences
- 3-5 years’ pharmaceutical/medical editing experience
- Comfort in operating and/or maintaining electronic database and electronic review systems
- High level of integrity, confidence, and accountability
- Well-developed professional communication skills, including written and interpersonal
- Sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills
