A property and casualty insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Associate Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing new business submission information
- Managing all broker of record letter issues for assigned underwriters
- Determining if account exposures warrant escalation to a senior or managing underwriter
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Graduate required
- Property/casualty insurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and effective desk management
- Strong insurance systems and PC software skills (ImageRight, Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point, etc.)
