Job Summary
A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Occupancy Planner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and update reports, plans and spreadsheets required to support the planning organization
- Assist Occupancy Planner in planning-related initiatives and project move planning
- Assist in the development of project process, tools, and client deliverables that will be included in best practices
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field is required
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in corporate environment
- Previous management consulting experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level
- CAFM Systems experience required
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations)
