Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Onboarding Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring our new hire onboarding processes run seamlessly across HR, Recruiting, IT, and hiring managers
  • Acting as project manager on various HR initiatives as bandwidth allows and business needs arise
  • Serving as Associate Onboarding Partner (AOP) for all new externally hired individuals

Qualifications Include:

  • Prior experience with HR, Recruiting, Public Relations/Sales/Communications, or strong interest in a career in the HR space
  • BS degree in HR, Communications, Business Management
  • 5+ years' experience with involvement in customer (internal or external) facing initiatives and programs
  • 2+ years' experience successfully project managing people-centric programs with many moving parts
  • 2+ years' experience in Employee Development, Learning/Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Coaching
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and experience presenting in a training environment
