Job Summary
An online education company is seeking a Remote Associate Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary hiring manager for and facilitate the training and onboarding of new Program Leads
- Observe, evaluate and report on individual campus and employee performance
- Create and implement employee and campus improvement plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree AND five (5) years related experience
- 2 years management experience
- AND Two (2) years experience working in adult education
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong record of successfully growing, improving, and managing teams
- Significant experience within the adult/higher education and technology industries
